Project: Lee High Rd, SE13

Works are progressing well at our Lee High Rd project in Lewisham to provide seventeen new apartments and two commercial units. Demolition is complete, pile foundations have been installed and the first phase of bulk excavations has started. Now it is time to install pile caps, drainage and lift pits before fixing reinforcement steel and pouring concrete for the basement of the reinforced concrete frame. This will make up the basement, ground and first floors of the development and it will contain the two commercial units, disabled parking spaces and entrance to apartments. All carried out surrounded by red routes, restricted roads, party walls and a river.

We have finally managed to start building upwards from the old original building. Two storeys of steel and concrete composite decking ongoing!

CMT CONSTRUCTION have ESS Steel Ltd and Modern Formwork & Groundwork Ltd working full steam ahead at Southgate on our new hotel.

Completion at CMT CONSTRUCTION cladding project in Poplar, East London. We managed today to hand back the building to the owner with all of the ACM cladding removed and the external envelope made safe and weathertight whilst they continue to road to replacement.

Residential project for CMT CONSTRUCTION kicks off on Lee High Road, Lewisham. We’ve been pushing hard to get our enabling and frame contractor MCHALE CIVIL ENGINEERING LTD to start wIth CANNON PILING LIMITED due to rock up next week. 

We are looking forward to getting these 17 units occupied in early 2023. The retail/commercial space on the corner on two stories would perfectly suit a local.

The level of details has been at the highest standard throughout our fit-out process. 
Now we go again to complete Block A on time, within budget as well as at the highest quality standards. 

Finally getting to grips with our tricky part demolition in Southgate, London with CDS and their cute little remote Brokk breaker. CMT CONSTRUCTION working on a one more hotel development. 

CMT has teamed up with Glaswegian architects, Maith Design, to deliver a New Hotel in Southgate.

Works will include the change of use from B1/D1 Class Office and Education Facility and comprise of complete internal and external refurbishment and new extension to accommodate 124-beds.

Design is currently being developed and we aim to start the construction at the end of this summer.

We are proud to announce that CMT has been appointed for the construction of three storey building containing 6no. luxury flats in Richmond Road, Isleworth. 

The site is located in the Isleworth Riverside Conservation Area and positioned between Richmond Road and Shrewsbury Walk, at the rear of The Castle Public House.

We are planning to start the construction before Spring 2020, following to the demolition of existing garage building.
