The proposed redevelopment at 59 Palmerston Road will introduce a high-quality hospitality and accommodation hub to Harrow. Over recent months, CMT Construction has overseen key planning stages, including thorough Design Review Panel briefings and the formal Planning Performance Agreement with Harrow Council. These collaborative sessions have helped refine the architectural proportions and building fabric strategy as we progress toward full statutory planning approval.
