Deep foundations and bulk excavation are progressing smoothly on Lee High Road in Lewisham. With piling complete, our team is preparing the ground for the reinforced concrete basement slab to deliver seventeen new homes and two commercial units.

Our Lee High Road project is an urban regeneration scheme designed to provide seventeen residential apartments and two ground-floor commercial spaces to boost the local high street economy. The site has already established a distinctive presence in Lewisham with the installation of a twenty-four-metre Raptor luffing crane with a thirty-two-metre jib.
The site team has successfully completed building demolition and foundation piling, moving directly into bulk earthwork excavations. Works are now focused on installing drainage and lift pits ahead of reinforcement fixing and pouring the reinforced concrete basement slab, all coordinated within a tight site boundary bounded by red routes and adjacent party walls.
