Trego Road has officially reached new heights with our new thirty-metre tower crane erected on site. We are equally proud to see our NestClad biodiversity brick slip system featured in the Regenerative Architecture Index 2026 at The Building Centre this October.

Our Trego Road development is a landmark mixed-use scheme delivering fifty-two residential units over five levels, alongside ground and basement commercial units, public green space, and landscaped upper terraces. The scheme is the UK’s first completed and monitored installation of the NestClad integrated biodiversity brick slip system, which embeds bird nests, bat roosts, and bee nesting tubes directly into the façade envelope.
The project has achieved dual structural and industry milestones, beginning with the successful erection of our thirty-metre tower crane with a forty-metre jib. In addition, Cladmate Façade Systems and CMT Construction have been officially accepted into the Regenerative Architecture Index 2026, with the Trego Road installation selected for exhibition at The Building Centre throughout October.
