A major milestone in Walthamstow as we complete Block B at 245 Wood Street. Every home in the Picture House development has been finished to an exceptional standard, with final handovers now underway for incoming residents.

Picture House Apartments and Mews is a distinctive residential development in Walthamstow comprising two contemporary apartment blocks, three mews houses, commercial space, and a communal roof terrace overlooking the local cricket ground. The architecture has been sympathetically crafted to celebrate the rich cinematic heritage of the former theatre site.

We are delighted to announce that construction at Block B has reached practical completion, with the fit-out delivered to the highest architectural standards. Handover is now well underway across the final apartment block, and we look forward to welcoming the first residents into their new homes over the coming weeks.
