Works will include the change of use from B1/D1 Class Office and Education Facility and comprise of complete internal and external refurbishment and new extension to accommodate 124-beds.

Design is currently being developed and we aim to start the construction at the end of this summer.

CMT has recently been appointed to bring this residential project to life in South Croydon.
Existing site comprises a detached, two-storey residential dwelling set within a substantial garden area. Following to the demolition of existing building on-site, the new building will consist of 8 self-contained flats, together with 8 parking spaces which include a parking bay for a disabled user.
The design is currently being developed by ToneArchitects to turn this steep site to advantage so that the Lower Ground Floor Level would be predominantly screened from the public highway. The building would therefore have the appearance of a two-storey property with accommodation within the roof space. All flats will be accommodated on the upper storeys

We are delighted to announce construction at Myers Court has reached practical completion. The Design&Build project’s scope included demolition of a post-war building and construction of 15 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments as well as two coach houses with landscaped front and rear gardens.
