Millier Terrace

[South Wimbledon, London SW19]

Situated on a spacious corner in the heart of South Wimbledon, this attractively designed development comprises fifteen one- and two-bedroom apartments situated above an extensive ground-floor commercial space. The scheme was delivered to meet the high demand in one of London’s most desirable locations, offering a sophisticated residential experience within reach of Wimbledon’s boutiques and expansive common. The architectural vision was provided by the prestigious, Stirling Prize-winning practice Feilden Clegg Bradley Studios. The project delivery focused on providing high-quality urban living, featuring generous private terraces and winter gardens for residents, alongside a substantial communal roof terrace that enhances the building’s amenity offering.

The technical delivery involved the construction of a modern mixed-use block on a prominent corner site, requiring precise coordination between the structural and MEP partners. Working with a high-specification design from a globally recognised practice, our team managed the integration of complex glass-fronted winter gardens and expansive terrace areas that define the building’s contemporary aesthetic. The project required a robust environmental strategy to ensure the thermal and acoustic performance of the fifteen units within a busy town centre environment. Completed to an exceptional standard, the development provides a striking architectural addition to the South Wimbledon streetscape, balancing commercial functionality with premium residential design.
