Going up in Southgate. Following our precision demolition phase, structural steel and composite concrete decking are now rising rapidly on our 124-bed hotel project at Burleigh Gardens.

In partnership with Maith Design, CMT Construction is delivering a 124-bed boutique hotel conversion in Southgate. The scheme involves the comprehensive change of use of a former educational and commercial facility, incorporating extensive structural adaptations and a major new extension.

Following complex partial demolition works undertaken with a specialist remote Brokk breaker, vertical construction is now moving ahead full steam. Our structural frame contractors have commenced two upper storeys of steel framing alongside concrete composite decking above the existing retained building.
