CMT Construction was appointed as principal contractor to undertake critical building envelope remediation on a high-rise residential building in Poplar, East London. The primary scope of work centred on the safe and systematic stripping of combustible Aluminium Composite Material (ACM) panels across the entire tower façade.

Working in close collaboration with Frankham Consultancy Group, our site team has completed the full removal programme without disruption to building occupants. The envelope has been thoroughly weathertightened and made safe, ensuring complete fire protection while paving the way for the permanent replacement façade system.
