The Langham Hotel located in Mountain View is one of the most CA’s largest hotel with over 450,000 square feet of new construction. Complete interior renovation included removing walls, new restrooms, paint, wall coverings, tile and carpeting.
The Challenges
Madani Secondary Girls’ School founded in September 1991, is a Secondary Independent School. This property is a grade ll listed building Situated in the East End of London, it serves the local community in order to full fill the demands of an school in Tower Hamlets and the surrounding areas.
CMT has been awarded with internal refurbishment, decoration and replacing all external sash windows to match existing. A room located on top of the roof terrace, which is part of the original building that was unused space and proposed to renovate it into a study space for the tutors.
The newly installed windows were built with security and thermal insulation in mind. Constructed with light – weight aluminium, it provides a clean and stylish finish to the building.
After completing the project successfully. CMT has been awarded with the second contract, which is exterior restoration, including external boundary walls of the school providing a safer environment for education.
