This project involves the comprehensive redevelopment of a site formerly occupied by an industrial laundry and dry-cleaning facility. The programme delivers a high-quality boutique hotel featuring 101 guest rooms across a modern 10-storey structure. Designed to contribute to the emerging high-density residential and commercial cluster in the area, the scheme replaces the vacant industrial building with a landmark development that enhances the local streetscape and supports ongoing urban regeneration.
The architectural strategy focuses on a sophisticated massing that steps in height to respect the daylight requirements of neighbouring developments. Our team is managing the transition from a former industrial site to a high-specification hospitality asset, necessitating a robust structural reinforced concrete frame and advanced M&E integration. The facade design employs a refined palette of brickwork and metal detailing with a vertical emphasis. Sustainability is integrated through high-performance building envelopes and efficient energy systems, ensuring the development meets modern urban standards for environmental responsibility.
