This project involved the high-specification transformation of a traditional building in Fitzrovia into a premier boutique hotel. The programme delivered 15 suites alongside a comprehensive lifestyle offering, including a signature restaurant, fitness studio, spa, and dedicated meeting and function spaces. The delivery prioritised a seamless integration of classic British charm with contemporary design, creating a realm of “timeless elegance” through bespoke fittings and a warm interior aesthetic that reflects the unique character of the district.

The technical delivery was defined by a sensitive and meticulous facade restoration programme executed under strict local authority guidelines. A central component of the works involved the comprehensive replacement of the window units to enhance the building’s thermal and acoustic performance while preserving its heritage aesthetic. All works were managed within a rigorous Construction Management Plan to mitigate noise and disruption in this dense urban setting, ensuring the high-performance building meets the acoustic and thermal standards required for a high-end hospitality asset.
