Located in the Greenwich Conservation Area, this project involves converting a three-storey office building into a 17-bedroom hotel. The transition addresses the decline in office viability while supporting local tourism policies aimed at increasing overnight stays. The layout is efficiently stacked over three floors, providing five rooms on the ground floor and six on each upper level to simplify construction.
The technical delivery preserves the existing external character, maintaining all window locations to ensure natural light and privacy for neighbours. Approximately 70% of the rooms feature dual-aspect views. Logistical operations, including four retained parking spaces and refuse collection, are managed through the rear car park off Burney Street. This sustainable conversion provides a high-quality hospitality asset that integrates seamlessly into the historic streetscape.
