This project involved the demolition of an existing garage and the subsequent construction of a four-storey mixed-use development in the heart of Lewisham. The programme delivered 17 modern residential apartments ranging from one to three bedrooms, complemented by two basement and ground floor commercial units. Our role as principal contractor encompassed the entire build process, focusing on urban regeneration and the enhancement of local amenities.

Our team successfully navigated significant logistical constraints, including restricted site access and strict noise ordinances, ensuring zero disruption to the local community and existing tenants. By implementing a proactive procurement strategy and rigorous health and safety protocols, we maintained the project timeline and budget. The final delivery achieved a BREEAM Excellent and stands as a testament to our commitment to quality and technical precision.
